
We need certain details in order for us to hold your room(s) and book services on your behalf. Generally the minimum required are:
For transfer services we need your flight information, and we pass this on to our travel partners who actually manage this for us.
We store these details on the office computer in order to be able to deal with you efficiently. Our travel partners will also have their own records.
It would be unusual for us to need other personal details. We would record others that you deem necessary to send.
Where we ask for a deposit we offer a Paypal account service to receive that. We therefore do not need to see your personal financial information. You may use other means to pay the deposit (see Terms of Use) but must then accept that we need to store that information. We take reasonable precautions to ensure that this remains safe with us.
We only ask for the information that we need in order to provide you with a quality accommodation package.
The minimum information set listed above allows us to allocate our rooms to guests accurately.
The other details requested allow us to provide those extra services which make your visit more enjoyable.
We do not use store your email account to bombard you with emails after your visit. If you are kind enough to write back and comment upon our services we will respond.
