
We have produced this website to facilitate booking rooms at our hotel in good faith. We aim to ensure that all information is correct before it goes live. If we do detect an error that may have affected your booking we will try to contact you immediately.
We expect our guests to use this website in good faith. If you make a mistake with your booking details please inform us as soon as possible.

Check-in is from 14:00 until 23:00 on the date for which the room is booked.
You may check-in later by arrangement.
An earlier check-in can be requested but remains subject to the room becoming available in time for cleaning.
Check-out is by 12:00.
You can request a later check-out subject to availability and a charge. The charge is half of the regular room rate for stays up to 18:00; for stays beyond 18:00 the full regular rate will be charged.
We accept payments at reception in cash or by major credit cards. If you are not sure, please check whether we can accept your credit card in advance.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The amount of this deposit is 10% of the total room cost of your stay.
We offer the facility to pay deposits through this website into a Paypal account. This gives you an instant booking and avoids the need for you to send us any financial details.

You may make one change your booking up until 14:00 on the date for which the room is booked without penalty.
Changes to this new booking will be at our discretion.
We endeavour not to change reservations once confirmed. However, some facilities or services may become unavailable at short notice. In such events we will try to contact you and offer you options.
If we cannot contact you in advance we will offer you suitable alternatives on arrival.
We hope your stay will be an enjoyable one and that all services and facilities are to your liking.
If you are not satisfied with any facility or service provided please notify Reception at the earliest opportunity in order to give them the chance to rectify the problem
If you are not satisfied with the solution offered you may raise the issue with the Hotel Manager.
We have every confidence that the Hotel Manager will be able to resolve all issues to the satisfaction of our guests.
